The four-day Axxess fan festival proceeding before WrestleMania will be in the San Jose Convention Center. In addition numerous charitable functions, promotional events and fan interactions will fill the area in the days before the big pay per view.
WrestleMania has evolved into something so much more than just a pro wrestling event. The brand “WrestleMania” has become something unto itself, and is a term that even pro wrestling fans are well aware of. And since WrestleMania 23 in 2007, which was held at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan, the event has become truly a destination event that has been held in the country’s major stadiums and bid on by the major metropolitan areas of the United States.
Levi’s Stadium is set to open in August 2014 and will be the new home of the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers. Levi’s will also the home for the historic Super Bowl L in 2016.
