When a former WWE star saves his mom, it definitely makes news headlines among wrestling fans and the public alike. TMZ reported this Wednesday, March 20, that ex-wrestler Chris “The Masterpiece” Masters rescued his mother this week from a blazing home using bravery, brute strength, and a makeshift battering ram.
Under the headline, “Ex-WWE star saves mom from burning house”, TMZ notes this week that Chris Masters rescued his mother from being burned to death by using a tree as a battering ram of sorts to break into the house and pulling her out.
After word broke out that a friend of the former wrestler’s mom had lost it and refused to leave her home, Masters hurried back to her house in L.A. The neighbor reportedly was yelling that no one could enter, and he had threatened to burn the house down if anyone tried to break in.
Although Masters tried talking to the crazed man, the WWE star saves mom headline came about after the man set the house on fire following the police being called.
“The Masterpiece” put his strength to the test by then pulling a tree from the ground, said the report, and hurling it through a window. He then pulled his mother from the now blazing home’s window as police and firefighters found and arrested the arsonist inside.
It is still unknown why the man went crazy in the first place; he remains under arrest.
While having that strength is certainly important in the WWE ring, it seems that for Chris Masters and his lucky mom, those muscles definitely have use in life-or-death situations as well.
