The upcoming "Elimination Chamber" pay-per-view will feature a match inside the chamber where the winner leaves as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The first four names were announced on "WWE Monday Night Raw" and PWInsider.com reported on Jan. 28 that "Smackdown" revealed the final two names in some big WWE spoilers.
While Randy Orton will be defending the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the Elimination Chamber and the first three contenders earned their way in on "WWE Monday Night Raw" when John Cena, Daniel Bryan and Sheamus beat The Shield in a six man qualifying match.
There are going to be two more qualifying matches on "WWE Smackdown" this week and the WWE taped their show last night. The first match saw Dolph Ziggler face Antonio Cesaro and the second put Christian against Jack Swagger.
While the obvious winners were apparent, the WWE swerved in one of the matches and threw a surprise competitor into the main event of the "Elimination Chamber" pay-per-view.
Christian beat Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro beat Dolph Ziggler. This means that Antonio Cesaro will get to compete in his first ever pay-per-view main event.
The WWE has been looking at pushing Cesaro ever since his Big Swing got over with the crowd and the "Elimination Chamber" pay-per-view will give him his first big chance to prove that he belongs there.
