'WWE Smackdown' spoilers: The Rock comes to Friday nights

The WWE pre-taped their weekly "WWE Friday Night Smackdown" show on Feb. 12 and Chris Jericho took on his former tag team partner The Big Show in the main event. Here is a look at what went down on the last major WWE show before the Elimination Chamber pay per view.

The show opened with Big Show coming down to the ring. He said that Alberto Del Rio never pinned him and can't pin him. That brought out Chris Jericho, who put over their past history together and said that the two of them could end up fighting for the world title at Wrestlemania. Booker T came out and made a match for tonight between them.

In the first match on "Smackdown," Mark Henry beat Randy Orton by DQ when Orton attacked him with a chair. Henry ended up standing tall after the World's Greatest Slam took down Orton.

Tamina Snuka beat Layla in a Diva's match and then Brodus Clay and Tensai beat 3MB. After the later match, The Shield charged the ring and beat down Tensai and Brodus Clay before cutting a promo about Sunday.

The Miz beat Cody Rhodes next, despite wrestling with an injured shoulder from the Antonio Cesaro beat down on "WWE Monday Night Raw." Miz won with the figure four.

Next up, Jack Swagger beat Zack Ryder and then Zeb Colter took the mic and cut another "Real American" promo after the match.

The Rock came out next to cut a promo about his match with CM Punk on Sunday. Punk interrupted the promo on the Titan Tron and the two traded barbs to end the segment.

In the main event, The Big Show beat Chris Jericho in a match that Show pretty much dominated. After the match, Albert Del Rio came out and he and Big Show had a stare down to end the show.

"WWE Friday Night Smackdown" airs on Friday nights at 8 p.m. EST on SyFy.
