Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will return to the WWE in late February after the Elimination Chamber PPV on Sunday February 19th. However, before then, The Rock is scheduled to go on a 25 day press tour with stops in Hawaii, Los Angeles, Mexico, New York and Taiwan, according to a Sunday January 15th report by PWInsider.com. The Rock is expected to return to the WWE in late February most likely on the February 26th episode of RAW to begin the WrestleMania 28 build up.
The Rock will face John Cena in the main event of WM 28 on Sunday April 1st. The match that has been a year in the making, will finally conclude with The Rock most likely standing tall, unless the WWE plans on having Johnson symbolically pass the torch to Cena.
In a related story, The Rock commented on Twitter that he will be making the introductions for the NFL Divisional football game between the Green Bay Packers and the New York Giants on FOX TV:
