The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar WWE "Wrestlemania 30" match had a very controversial ending, with Lesnar ending the streak of The Undertaker. According to PWS on April 7, it turns out the Undertaker injury in the match with Lesnar was legitimate.
Fans watching "Wrestlemania 30" saw Lesnar pin The Undertaker and there was complete silence. Then, Undertaker took a long time to stand up and then dropped to his knees a couple of times. No one came out because Undertaker has long been one to sell his injuries in his matches.
On "WWE Monday Night Raw," Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar came out and talked about ending the streak. Lesnar even had a new shirt that pointed out the ending of the streak. Then Paul Heyman gave a semi-shoot on what happened, telling the audience that when Undertaker got backstage, he collapsed and Vince McMahon actually left "WrestleMania 30" to ride to the hospital with The Undertaker.
That was true.
When Undertaker got backstage he did collapse. Not only did Vince McMahon leave the event to go to the hospital with The Undertaker, but so did Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar. All three men went to the hospital and learned that Undertaker suffered a severe concussion at the event. He spent the night in the hospital.
The Undertaker injury might be one reason the Sting debut did not happen on "WWE Monday Night Raw" this week.
