WWE rumors; Major stars backstage at this week's 'WWE Monday Night Raw'

Two major stars were backstage at this week's episode of "WWE Monday Night Raw," although neither man made an appearance on the television show. The first was "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and PWS reported on Feb. 11 that the second was Rob Van Dam.

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin was just at "WWE Monday Night Raw" visiting and to interview Zeb Colter for his podcast. Austin and Colter have a long relationship, heading back to when Colter wrestled under the name Dirty Dutch Mantel.

Austin was never expected to be on the show and probably would have denied the opportunity if presented to him.

Rob Van Dam, on the other hand, was there to talk to Triple H about his return to the WWE. When recently asked about if he wanted to return to the WWE before "Wrestlemania 30," Van Dam said he hoped he would.

Last night backstage at "WWE Monday Night Raw," Rob Van Dam and Triple H spoke about him returning to be part of "Wrestlemania 30." It is said that Van Dam will have to pass the new rigid physical the WWE makes everyone take and then work his way back in, if there is interest from the WWE at all.

Also in attendance backstage at "WWE Monday Night Raw" last night was Mexican wrestling star Cassandro, who posed for a photo with William Regal.
