Hulk Hogan's longtime friend Jimmy Hart said he feels Hogan has two to three more matches in him, which creates some interesting WWE rumors. Rajah reported on Sept. 18 that Hogan is not happy in TNA right now and his contract expires in two weeks.
With some matches left in the tank, there is the thought that Hogan could bring in one last monster payday if he gives those matches to the WWE, especially with TNA cutting costs and releasing a lot of higher paid wrestlers.
Hulk Hogan's contract with TNA Wrestling expires on Oct. 1.
Part of the problems for Hogan is the release of his daughter Brooke Hogan from her contract with the company. Brooke was not a wrestler, and was leading the Knockouts Division and involved in an on-screen relationship with Bully Ray.
While Hogan publicly said it was because she wanted to spend more time with her finance, the fact is that he was not happy with how TNA handled her release. He felt they should have let him know first that it was coming, and they didn't.
There also seems to have been a communication breakdown between Dixie Carter and the team of Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff. In a recent fan expo, Hogan and Bischoff made some disparaging comments about how TNA was ran, and when asked if he would return to the WWE, Hulk Hogan said "never say never."
