The WWE rumors recently have indicated that there is a lot of backstage heat on Dolph Ziggler, but no one is sure why or what he might have done. PWS reported on Sept. 5 that Ziggler recently conducted an interview where he explained why there might be heat on him.
Just three months ago, there was no one hotter in the WWE than Dolph Ziggler. When he won the world championship, the arena went nuts and it looked like one of the hardest working men in the WWE was finally getting his recognition.
However, he suffered a concussion shortly after that and then lost his world title upon returning. After that, his mini-stable with AJ Lee and Big E Langston was split up and now he is on his own, in a minor feud with Dean Ambrose of The Shield for the U.S. Championship.
In the interview, Ziggler pointed out the one thing that he does that gets him in "very hot water" with the WWE. Ziggler admits that he wants to steal the show in every match and put on the best match of the night every night. When he does it, he says he is very outspoken when the main events don't match up to his match.
He said that gets him into trouble. He has often spoken out in interviews about how the company needs to move away from John Cena and from bringing in part time former stars to main event matches and concentrate on guys like him. While this seems like perfect bad guy talk, most of it seems like it is Ziggler speaking his mind, which also doesn't go over well with the people in charge.
Dolph Zigger will get a championship match at "Night of Champions," but the fact that he is now out of the world title picture makes it seem like the WWE rumors of his backstage heat might be true.
