One of the biggest feuds over the past few months involved WWE COO Triple H and The Big Show. According to Rajah on Dec. 3, that feud has been dropped and the WWE is making no mention of any further action between the two.
The feud began when Triple H and Stephanie McMahon was using The Big Show as a weapon in their vendettas against other wrestlers. Along the way, Stephanie made crude comments about Big Show’s personal life and Triple H even bought Big Show’s house to force his compliance. In the end, Big Show stood up for himself and was fired.
After the threat of a lawsuit, Big Show was rehired and given a WWE Championship match against Randy Orton at “Survivor Series.” Because the WWE had fans solidly behind Daniel Bryan’s underdog campaign to become the WWE Champion, fans turned on the idea of Orton vs. Big Show and often chanted for Daniel Bryan instead of caring about the feud.
As a result, the feud with Orton lasted one pay-per-view. Now, it looks like the WWE might be dropping the entire Big Show and Triple H feud as well. It looked like the long-term planning was to have Triple H step back into the ring for a match with Big Show, but both men have now moved on to other feuds, meaning another big WWE angle has been dropped without any reasoning.
