The WWE have continued their storyline and angle of the Alberto Del Rio and Big Show feud online as WWE.com reported on Feb. 5 that Booker T has suspended Del Rio for his actions last week against the Big Show.
While Del Rio's title is not in jeopardy, Booker T said that neither Del Rio nor Ricardo Rodriguez will be allowed at "Smackdown" on Friday night. Of course, it won't keep him away, but it was a nice course of action following the last two shows.
On "Smackdown" last week, Del Rio waited in the parking lot for Big Show with a ball bat. When Big Show arrived, Del Rio attacked him and beat him down until Big Show finally jumped in a car and took off. This caused Big Show to retaliate by knocking out Ricardo Rodriguez backstage after Del Rio's match with Dolph Ziggler.
Then, on "Monday Night Raw," Big Show refused to go to the arena and asked for a signed contract for his Elimination Chamber title match with Del Rio to be delivered to him. The contract arrived, with Del Rio right behind it, and the two fought through the hotel. Del Rio ended up using a fire hydrant to knock out Big Show.
"WWE Smackdown" airs at 8 p.m. EST on Friday night on SyFy.
