WWE Raw spoilers for New Year's Eve (12-31) (Video)

WWE taped tonight’s Raw telecast on Saturday in Washington D.C. The show will air on the USA Network. Thanks to Chris Z. for help with the results.

* Miz TV opens the show with John Cena as the guest. Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow interrupt, setting up the first match of the night.

* John Cena and The Miz defeat Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes via pin fall.

* United States Champion Antonio Cesaro defeats Sgt. Slaughter.

* Tag Team Champions Kane and Daniel Bryan are shown backstage and it’s announced that they will defend against Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater next.

* Tag Team Champions Kane and Daniel Bryan defeat Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater via pin fall.

* WWE Champion CM Punk comes out with Paul Heyman. They have a doctor with them who shows Punk’s x-rays on the Titan Tron, showing that Punk is still not cleared to wrestle. Vince McMahon comes out and says if Punk can’t wrestle Ryback in a TLC match on Jan. 7, Heyman will face Ryback in a TLC match.

* Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler ended in no contest after interference from The Shield.

* Brad Maddox asks Paul Heyman for a job backstage but Heyman dismisses him.

*Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston is shown with Wade Barrett backstage as they’ll face one another for the WWE Intercontinental Championship later tonight.

* WWE Divas Champion Eve Torres wants to defend her title against Mae Young but instead is laid out by Katliyn.

* World Heavyweight Champion Big Show defeats Ricardo Rodriguez via DQ when Alberto Del Rio interferes.

* Wade Barrett defeats Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston via pin fall to win the title.

* The Shield vs. Ryback in a handicap match never happened as The Shield ambushed him before the bout. Sheamus and Randy Orton made the save and cleared the ring.

* Dolph Ziggler, in a tuxedo, and AJ Lee, in a dress, come out for the New Year’s Eve toast with Big E Langston . After showing Cena’ s worst moments of 2012, a bunch of brown liquid (meant to be feces) dumps on Ziggler, AJ and Langston to end the show.
