Tonight's WWE RAW (USA Network 8pm C/ 9pm E) comes to the world from Minneaoplis, hot off the Elimination Chamber Pay Per View last night. The biggest part of tonight's RAW will be the now clear road to Wrestlemania 28 with six weeks before the big show in Miami, Florida.
The Undertaker live on RAW
Since returning to challenge Triple H for a Wrestlemania 28, Undertaker has kept his story going through video vignettes where he appears tormented by not getting a chance to regain his dominance at ‘Mania. Taker being dragged out a on stretcher last year at 'Mania 27 is being highlighted with a big marker in this fued. This angle got a ton of intensity added to it last week when Shawn Michaels called his close friend and current WWE executive Triple H a 'coward' for not accepting the Undertaker's challenge. It just seems like the pressure from Michaels and Undertaker will mount up, and force Triple H to once again go the distance in an important match at WM28. This will be the best segment of this week's RAW whether or not you approve of Triple H vs. The Undertaker III at WM28, this is the hottest story on RAW right now.
John Cena ready to Rock: After overcoming Kane last night in an Ambulance Match, Cena seems to waved the smoke aside to go head to head with The Rock. Cena's character though will continue to come into question after last week's RAW when he made out Zack Ryder's crush, Eve. It's a big distraction by WWE to have Cena muddled with Ryder and Eve, when he has the year-in-the-making match with the Rock in six weeks. Ryder could maybe make another appearence in a neckbrace to once again call out Cena for his betrayal. Maybe Dwyane "the Rock" Johnson breaks in (via satelite) to trash Cena and to promote his first pre-Wrestlemania appearence next Monday on Febuary 27th.
Chris Jericho is going to complain, WWE Chamopion CM Punk is going to gloat : Chris Jericho was "eliminated:" last night from the RAW Elimination Chamber Match, but being the big mouth that he is, Jericho will position himself to challenge WWE Champion CM Punk. These two have been rumored to meet in the ring at WM28, yet WWE had fans scratching their heads last night with Jericho was hit with a lighting rig by the Chamber and was removed from the match by doctors. If WWE can get the mojo going between Jericho and Punk this could grow into a fantastic story for their 'Mania match
Laurinitis vs. Long: Who will be the one true General Manager of the WWE? So wrap your head around this, going into Wrestlemania 28 the opposing GMs from RAW and Smackdown are going to battle it out through politics and talking to reign over both shows. John Laurnitis's "huge announcement" was that he intends to take over Teddy Long's Smackdown GM duties on Smackdown, to become the GM of both RAW and Smackdown. This angle has somehow roped in all-stars Alberto Del Rio, Marc Henry, and the returning Christian yet it does have the buzz that befits the talent invovled according instant fan reaction on Twitter and Facebook after Elimination Chamber. Tonight on RAW, expect Laurinitis to make some power moves.
Daniel Bryan, Sheamus, and Randy Orton get into it
World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan has been becoming more egostistical and self-absorbed as a corrupted cowrad who escapes real challengs. Bryan's performance in the Chmaber showed he can manuever the onslaught, and still come off being unlikable to fans. Bryan was laid out post-match by Royal Rumble winner Sheamus, which unofficiallys locks the two wrestlers down for a match at WM28. Yet this match is not offiicial yet, Randy Orton who was removed from the Smackdown Chamber match due to a concussion he suffered at the hands of Bryan. On RAW, The Viper will call out the World Champ for his actions while Sheamus will let it be known he wants the gold in Miami.
