WWE RAW Preview: CM Punk & Chris Jericho get ready for Elimination Chamber

Tonight WWE RAW Supershow comes from Oaklahoma City's Chesapeak Energy Arena with two weeks left before the final Pay Per View before the all-important Wrestlemania, Elimination Chamber. Last week's post-Royal Rumble episode of RAW was well-recieved by the WWE Universe, with WWE Champion CM Punk taking on World Champion Daniel Bryan in an showstealling match, which was interruped by Punk's rumored 'Mania opponent, Chris Jericho.

WWE announces Smackdown Elimination Chamber Match

The scene to watch out for tonight will be how Jericho whose been quietly making a big stir in WWE since his Januaryn 2nd return, was the runner-up in the Royal Rumble. If he really wants to 'end the world as we know it' what better way then to go after the 'best in the world' CM Punk and his WWE Championship. The match-up is already being anticipated for Wrestlemania, so get ready for the ride into the final showdown.

The other competitors in the RAW Elimination Chamber Match besides Jericho of course, will have their make presence known tonight on USA Network. Kofi Kingston who had the standout highlight of the Royal Rumble when he walked on his hands outside the ring, can benefit from a singles victory against one of his Chamber opponents Punk, Jericho, The Miz or R-Truth.

John Cena will continue to battle the mindgames of the demented Kane. The moral dilema being pressed on Cena, where he is force to 'embrace hate', only to 'rise above' is an underrated dynamic. Critics have notes that this new situation allows WWE to tell a convincing uphill story with Cena whose 'comeback kid' role has been played out as he's already a 10-time World Champ. The interjected position of Cena's buddy Zack Ryder and his love interest Eve unfortunately are being pinpointed by fans as what is holding the whole program down. Considering that Cena has less than 60 days from his uber-hyped Wrestlemania match with the Rock, he needs more positive momentum hopefully he can get some of that tonight on RAW.

WWE Diva Champion Beth Pheonix proclaimed on WWE.COM last week, that she has no competiton for her title from RAW or Smackdown. Cue the scary music, here comes Kharma. The big and bad Kharma made the biggest surprise return on  January 29th at the Royal Rumble, entering the match and holding her own with the fellas. Kharma formerly known as Awesome Kong in TNA Wrestling, made her strong debut campaign in WWE last year but it was all short lived as she left the scene to have her first child. This Big Bad Mama is the best challenger for Pheonix who sits on top of an dull Diva division.
