WWE news: Ultimate Warrior reaches agreement with WWE

The WWE has reached an agreement with The Ultimate Warrior and it appears he will be making some appearances for the company in the near future. According to PWS on Jan. 9, the Warrior will either have something to do with "Wrestlemania 30" or enter the WWE Hall of Fame.

This seemed to be something that was coming from the moment that The Ultimate Warrior and the WWE agreed to a deal to allow Warrior to appear in the WWE 2K14 video game, as well as do commercials promoting it. However, with the always rocky relationship between the WWE and Warrior, it was never a given.

Ultimate Warrior has already said that he does not plan to wrestle again, and pointed out a number of wrestlers who have continued on after they should have retired long ago. However, that does not mean that Warrior can't be involved in "Wrestlemania 30" in another fashion.

While that would be nice for his fans, the fact remains that this will likely be an induction into the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame class. The WWE is releasing a second Ultimate Warrior DVD the week before "Wrestlemania 30" and the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, and that release date is more than just coincidence.

Ultimate Warrior's deal with the WWE might be the same as Bruno Sammartino's deal last year for his induction as well as the Madison Square Garden DVD.

Jake "The Snake" Roberts is also highly rumored for a WWE Hall of Fame induction this year after his surprise appearance on "WWE Monday Night Raw," and getting him and Ultimate Warrior into the WWE Hall of Fame in the same year will make it a huge affair.
