Stephanie McMahon was promoted on Dec. 4 into the position of Chief Brand Officer, and questions rose to who was going to be running the WWE creative team now. According to PWInsider on Dec. 5, Triple H was promoted into the direct leadership of the WWE creative team.
This might be a good move since the WWE creative plans have been haphazard lately to put it nicely. Daniel Bryan was built up as the ultimate underdog and then had the entire rug pulled out from under him and had his chance at the WWE title removed from him.
Big Show was added to the world title mix, but fans refused to accept it and continued cheering for Daniel Bryan. The two to three month feud between Big Show and Randy Orton was cut to one match and now it seems like the Big Show vs. Triple H feud has been cancelled as well.
There have also been major changes made to feuds involving Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Big E Langston and The Shield, as plans are changing by the week. Hopefully, with Triple H now in charge of the WWE creative team, they can get on the same page and move forward with a solid plan.
While Triple H is not running the WWE creative team, Vince McMahon still has the final say in every aspect of the company.
