Before he was a member of The Shield in the WWE, Seth Rollins was the Ring of Honor world champion. In an interview with the Arkansas Times on March 6, Rollins talked about the differences between Ring of Honor and the WWE.
With stars like Daniel Bryan, CM Punk and Cesaro all coming from Ring of Honor, it seemed like it was a breeding ground for some of the best wrestlers in the WWE today. However, Triple H has said that they have to completely re-train the wrestlers to the WWE style before they can compete on the main shows.
From what Rollins said, that may not be totally true.
Rollins said that he was trained originally in a shipping warehouse before he went to Ring of Honor and became a star. He said when he went to the WWE, they sent him to Florida where he re-learned everything, but he said that is wasn’t anything different.
Seth Rollins said the only real differences to him in the WWE are the size of the crowds and the size of his paychecks. But, Rollins emphasized that is not why he wrestles and he is just happy to get to share a ring with his idols like The Undertaker, The Rock and CM Punk.
