There were hints in some recent Scott Hall tweets that he was going to possibly make an appearance on “WWE Monday Night Raw” with an NWO reunion. Now, it seems that has been confirmed. PWInsider reported on Wednesday that Scott Hall and Kevin Nash have both been booked on the Hulk Hogan birthday episode of “WWE Monday Night Raw” for an NWO reunion.
This will be Hall’s first time to appear on “WWE Monday Night Raw” since 2002 and will be the first appearance of the core NWO members since Hall and Nash turned on Hulk Hogan at “Wrestlemania 18.” That was the pay-per-view where Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson pinned Hulk Hogan and the NWO turned on Hogan after the match. Hogan became a face after the match while Hall was pushed out of the WWE.
Since that time, Scott Hall has relapsed and slipped further and further into his addictions. It looked like a tragic end to the life of the man known as Razor Ramon. However, Diamond Dallas Page reached out to Hall after his DDP Yoga routine helped Jake “The Snake” Roberts clean up his life and kick his addictions. Hall entered Page’s Accountability Crib and started to work on sobering up and getting back in shape.
That all resulted in Scott Hall entering the WWE Hall of Fame this year, alongside Jake “The Snake” Roberts. He also ran a crowd funding campaign to have surgeries he needed to get back in shape. Things seemed to be looking up for Hall, but there have been some questions since he moved out of Page’s house and has a number of strange appearances lately. The worst of which was when Hall showed up at an autograph signing and refused to sign a card for a terminally ill six-year old child.
Scott Hall and Kevin Nash reuniting as the NWO at “WWE Monday Night Raw” isn’t the only guests who will appear for Hulk Hogan’s birthday. According to PWS, “Nature Boy” Ric Flair, “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff and “The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart have also been booked for the show.
