The WWE added a new match to the “TLC” pay-per-view for this weekend. According to PWS on Dec. 10, announcers on “WWE Monday Night Raw” announced that Dolph Ziggler will wrestle Fandango on the online pre-show prior to the actual pay-per-view kicking off.
At this time, outside of the newly added pre-show match, which has no storyline or build around it at this time, there are only five total matches on the “TLC” pay-per-view.
Of course, the main event was set up perfectly on “WWE Monday Night Raw” this week when John Cena and Randy Orton cut promos against each other in front of a ring full of former WWE and world champions. When the talking was done, Orton attacked Cena, only for a ton of people to get involved, including CM Punk decking Orton and Triple H before getting Sweet Chin Music from Shawn Michaels. Then Daniel Bryan took out Michaels with a high knee only for Orton to try to attack Bryan only to knock down Stephanie McMahon.
This led to Triple H hitting the Pedigree on Orton to leave this weekend’s big match a very much anticipated one.
There are also two handicap matches on the show, as Daniel Bryan battles The Wyatt Family and CM Punk takes on The Shield. Other than that, Big E Langston defends his IC title against Damien Sandow while AJ Lee takes on Natalya with her Divas title on the line.
The WWE “TLC” pay-per-view takes place on Sunday night, Dec. 15, at 8 p.m. EST on pay-per-view.
