When the WWE announced that Daniel Bryan would face Bray Wyatt at the "Royal Rumble" pay-per-view, it sounded like he was not going to take part in the Royal Rumble match itself. According to prowrestling.com on Jan. 24, Bryan pretty much clarified that he won't take part in the Rumble match, but has plans for "Wrestlemania 30" anyway.
The big problem with not being in the Royal Rumble match is that Daniel Bryan will not be eligible for a WWE World Championship match at "Wrestlemania 30." However, Bryan did leave the door open to getting in, as he said that Triple H doesn't want him in the match but is trying to find a way to get involved anyway.
Despite him not being in the Rumble match, Bryan said that he has an idea for what he would like to do at "Wrestlemania 30."
His first idea is to wrestle Triple H. This would be a chance at revenge for Bryan, since Triple H has done everything in his power to keep the championship out of Bryan's hands over the past few months. It was Triple H who turned on Bryan to allow Randy Orton to win the title at "Summerslam," It was then Triple H's best friend Shawn Michaels who betrayed Bryan in the Hell in a Cell match.
While a lot of fans would like to see Daniel Bryan battle Shawn Michaels at "Wrestlemania 30," the chance of HBK coming back to the ring are slim. Instead, Bryan had one other match he said he would like.
Daniel Bryan said he would like a shot at beating The Undertake at "Wrestlemania 30" and ending the streak. Undertaker has mentioned working with Bryan as well, so this is something that could be a serious contender for the big show.
