In the current storylines on WWE television, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have fired The Big Show and he responded with a lawsuit against the company. According to Rajah on Oct. 25, the story carried over to the NXT television taping as well.
The WWE taped their next four weeks of NXT shows yesterday, and both Big Show, Dusty Rhodes, JBL and Triple H all made appearances. Depending on when these shows air, it makes it look like either the Big Show story won’t come to a head at “Hell in a Cell” or that this was just a non-taped special for the fans in attendance.
In the confrontation, JBL – who is the GM of NXT – and Dusty Rhodes – who is the old GM – had a confrontation that included Big Show and Triple H coming out. It all ended with Big Show knocking out a bunch of NXT wrestlers and then knocking out JBL as well.
It all happened at the end of the NXT TV taping.
Also at the tapings, Bo Dallas defended his title against Adrian Neville (the former PAC) after Neville beat Sami Zayn (the former El Generico) for the title shot. Dallas retained the title by losing the match by count out.
Also wrestling in matches at these WWE NXT tapings were Kassius Ohno (the former Chris Hero), Tyler Breeze (who just got a dark match opportunity this week before “Main Event”), Yoshi Tatsu, Antonio Cesaro, Tyson Kidd, he tag team of Hunico and Camacho, Summer Rae and Natalya.
