WWE Network Preview: Everything you need to know about WWE's new video service

The WWE Network, WWE’s 24/7 over-the-top digital video service is set to launch tomorrow at 9AM E and the wrestling world is buzzing with anticipation. Pro Wrestling Examiner has you covered on what to expect on this game-changing Netflix-like service which might be overwhelming in it’s expansive wealth of content that it offers. Here are all important things you need to know before ordering WWE Network tomorrow.

WWE Network will be available on a multiple media devices. The following devices will have the Network on the launch day: Playstation 3, Playstation 4, XBOX 360, Samsung Smart TVs, Roku, IOS smart phones, Android smart phones, tablet computers, and laptop/desktop computers. You will need one of these devices to get the Network. For those of you wondering how do I get WWE Network on your TV if I am watching on my laptop or desktop computer? Just simply get an HDMI cable for your high-definition TV. Those of you wishing to watch the Network on your standard definition TV, you can view it through the approved video game consoles. WWE Network is not offered through a cable or satellite providers and at launch tomorrow will only be available in the United States.

WWE Network is a subscription-based service costing $9.99 a month with a 6 month commitment. So basically you get all of what the WWE Network has to offer for 6 months for the price of one WWE pay per view in HD through a traditional cable TV service. You can start ordering the Network on Monday February 24th at 9 AM through WWE.com.

Though the live content streaming that is on the Network will not begin until after ‘RAW’ ends it’s live weekly Monday night broadcast at 11:05 PM E tomorrow, fans can access the on-demand shows once they subscribe starting at 9:00 AM E. A free one week trial is being offered as well. You can order online through WWE.com or over the phone.

The Network is truly deal for wrestling fans with a flexibility in access to thousands of classic events and new original shows. On launch day, subscribers will be able to watch every single episode of RAW, Smackdown, NXT, and Superstars along with every single pay per view event in the company’s history. The Network’s offering at launch will also have every episode of TV and PPV event from ECW, WCW, and other prominent wrestling promotions from the past. If you are not a fan of today’s WWE, this Network could literally give you click-to-play access to every classic wrestling show that you remember fondly. At the bottom of this article, you will find a confirmed list of the past PPV events that will be available for on-demand streaming on the Network on launch day. As if that content was not enough, WWE Network will have a live streaming channel that will offer every future WWE pay per view event beginning with Wrestlemania 30 on April 6th. This is considered by many wrestling fans to be the biggest selling point for the Network. Considering that an average WWE PPV through traditional cable and satellite providers cost $60, fans who subscribe will save hundreds annually. WWE has angered some TV partners with this particular move, including DISH Network which dropping WWE pay per view events due to the Network’s launch. On Mondays and Fridays, this live stream will have live pre and post shows for 'RAW' and 'Smackdown'. WWE icon Hulk Hogan will be featured in his WWE return Monday night on USA Network on cable TV and then on the WWE Network's 'RAW Backstage Pass' on the Network at 11:05 E. New original programming available on the WWE Network

WWE Legends House: In the style of several reality shows, a group of WWE legends including 'Mean' Gene Okerlund, Roddy Piper, Hillbilly Jim and others get in ridiculous situational drama.

WWE NXT: WWE's developmental promotion features the future stars of 'RAW' and 'Smackdown' trying to prove they got what it takes to make it in the big time.

Monday Night Wars: The historic war between 'WWE RAW' and 'WCW Nitro' is recalled in this retrospective series which looks back at one of the biggest periods in pro wrestling history.

Wrestlemania Rewind: Superstars and legends give insight at the biggest moments and matches in Wrestlemania history.

WWE Countdown: Whether it's the best catchphrase or the best tag team, this show will allow fans to vote on their favorites with WWE stars chiming in with their thoughts.

Live Event Pre and Post shows: Before and after each episode of 'RAW' and 'Smackdown' with a panel of legendary wrestlers giving analysis along with exclusive backstage interviews and more.

WWE Hall of Fame 2014 Induction Ceremony: For the first time ever, WWE air their annual Hall of Fame ceremony live with the WWE Network. This will happen the night before WM30 on Saturday, April 5th.
