WWE Money in the Bank start time and match card

According to a June 29 report from SB Nation, WWE Money in the Bank goes down tonight in Boston. With two ladder matches, including one for the vacant WWE World Heavyweight Championship, it's clear this will be the biggest WWE Money in the Bank ever. All the top WWE superstars are expected to appear, including John Cena and Roman Reigns.

WWE Money in the Bank airs live at 8 p.m., on pay-per-view and on the WWE Network. What does WWE Universe have to look forward to this evening? WWE Money in the Bank is shaping up to be a night to remember, as this will be the first year a new WWE Heavyweight Champion will be crowned at such as event. WWE head honcho Stephanie McMahon put the title on the line because Daniel Bryan is legitimately injured and unable to compete.

The card is expected to open with a match pitting Big E against Rusev. This one could be a bit of a squash match, as Rusev is being built up as an unstoppable heel. In all likelihood, the WWE will script Rusev to win in devastating fashion. Rusev is undefeated in his WWE career, since emerging onto the main card roster in January.

Elsewhere, Goldust and Stardust are slated to take on Rybaxel. This one could go either way, but the WWE has been giving The Brotherhood a nice little push since Cody Rhodes reemerged as Stardust. His new character has helped put him over the top with fans, and the WWE obviously notices that.

In WWE Divas action, Paige puts her title on the line against Naomi, and Summer Rae takes on Layla. The fun little twist in the Summer Rae vs. Layla match is that Fandango will serve as special guest referee. Rae and Layla have been fighting over Fandango in past months, so it'll be interesting to see what happens here.

The WWE Money in the Bank card also features a tag-team world title bout sandwiched between the two ladder matches. The Usos will be taking on Erick Rowan and Luke Harper, in a match to determine who becomes the face of the tag-team division. What WWE Universe really wants to see is the action set for the main event, as it'll be Alberto Del Rio vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Cesaro vs. John Cena vs. Kane vs. Randy Orton vs. Roman Reigns vs. Sheamus for the heavyweight title.

The other WWE Money in the Bank ladder match features Bad News Barrett vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Seth Rollins, to determine who gets a future WWE title shot. The rumor is that Cena will win the main event ladder match, with Rollins reigning supreme in the co-main. It should be a great night of action for WWE fans.
