WWE Monday Night Raw: Will Bray Wyatt interfere with Chris Jericho vs. Miz bout?

According to a July 6 report from Fansided, Chris Jericho is slated to battle The Miz on this week's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw. The episode, which will be filmed in Montreal, airs July 7 at 8 p.m. on the USA Network. Jericho vs. The Miz is advertised for the show, but there's a good chance Bray Wyatt will interfere with the collision.

Wyatt is expected to have a three-month feud with Jericho, perhaps leading to a singles match at WWE SummerSlam. Since Wyatt and Jericho are slated to collide inside the ring just months from now, the WWE will likely use WWE Monday Night Raw as a vehicle to hype the bout. The only way to do so is to have Wyatt interfere when Jericho takes on The Miz.

Wyatt interference would also solidify his place as one of the top heels in the WWE, as its a villainous tactic to illegally interfere with matches. The WWE apparently wants to give Jericho a push as a babyface, so having him feud with Wyatt would certainly help get the job done. Elsewhere on the WWE Monday Night Raw card, a score needs to be settled between AJ Lee and Paige.

Last week on "Raw," Lee returned from her extended vacation to pin Paige and earn her WWE Divas belt back. One week later, its a safe bet to say the rivalry isn't over. Will Lee and Paige collide inside the WWE ring in Montreal? The only way to find out is to tune in when WWE Monday Night Raw goes live on the USA Network. The WWE could have a Paige vs. Lee rematch, or find the former champ a new divas superstar to feud with.

Also on the WWE Monday Night Raw card, fans will find out more about the rivalry between Jack Swagger and Rusev. Swagger, along with Zeb Colter, confronted Rusev last week on "Raw," and their feud is expected to continue in the days and weeks ahead. Rusev, undefeated so far in his short WWE career, has been gaining momentum as a mega-heel. It's unlikely that Swagger will be able to stop him, but it'll still be fun to watch how the drama unfolds.

Additionally, WWE Monday Night Raw is expected to feature more build for the upcoming Battleground pay-per-view. Confirmed for the episode are: Wade Barrett, Cesaro, Rob Van Dam, Sheamus, Big E., and the WWE Divas roster. John Cena, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose are slated to battle Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton and Seth Rollins in a six-man tag team bout that won't be televised.
