While the WWE is advertising that the WWE Network will kick off immediately following "WWE Monday Night Raw," the actual truth is that it will be available to sign up for at 9 a.m. EST, which is a great idea so the servers don't overload immediately following "Raw."
For those worried, the MLB Network that WWE will be using for their service is considered the best streaming service in the world and there should be very few problems, although nothing is perfect.
As for the "WWE Monday Night Raw" episode that will help launch the WWE Network, that is the night that The Undertaker makes his return to the WWE to set up the short run to his "Wrestlemania 30" match. WWE rumors indicate that he will end up facing Brock Lesnar at the big event.
Also appearing on that episode of "WWE Monday Night Raw" is Hulk Hogan, who will be making his long awaited return to the WWE. There are rumors that Hogan will have something big to do with the WWE Hall of Fame, which will broadcast live on the WWE Network.
