'WWE Monday Night Raw' results: A homage to Paul Bearer

The March 11 episode of "WWE Monday Night Raw" was dedicated to the memory of legendary manager Paul Bearer, who died last week. With a number of great video moments played during the episode, here is a look at what went down on "Raw."

The show opened with a video in honor of Paul Bearer. After that, the lights went down and the gong sounded. Undertaker then came down to the ring and knelt down before the urn in the ring. Before it could go any further, CM Punk's music started and he came out, said he wanted to send condolences to Undertaker for his upcoming Wrestlemania loss.

Apparently, during the commercial break, Kane attacked Punk and Punk escaped. This was seen on the WWE app and then replayed on TV. This will lead to a no disqualification match between the two tonight.

The first match on the card was Seth Rollins of Shield against The Big Show. The match broke down early and ended up a no-contest. The Shield took down Big Show with the triple powerbomb.

The next match was Daniel Bryan against Dolph Ziggler. This was an 11-minute match that was a fantastic free TV bout and Ziggler ended up winning at the end with the Zig Zag. After the match, Big E Langston hit the Big Ending on Bryan.

Tensai came out next with Brodus Clay and the Funkadactals to fight Fandange. But he refused to fight again. He did offer Naomi a chance to say his name, calling her the only talented dancer in the ring. She looked flattered.

In the next match, The New Age Outlaws answered a challenge by The Rhodes Scholars, but the match ended quickly when Brock Lesnar came down and took out both Road Dogg and Billy Gunn with F5's. After that, Paul Heyman said Brock would fight Triple H at Wrestlemania if they could choose the stipulation, but they wouldn't tell him what it is until he signed the contract.

Mark Henry beat Kofi Kingston next with the World's Strongest Slam and then Ryback bear Heath Slater with the Shell Shock. After Ryback's match, Henry came back out and the two took turns hitting 3MB with their finishing moves. The road to their Wrestlemania match continues here.

World Champion Alberto Del Rio took on US Champion Antonio Cesaro next and Del Rio won a short tough match with the cross arm breaker.

Because the Rhodes Scholars match was cut short, Vicky Guerrero put them into another match and they lost to Randy Orton and Sheamus after both faces hit their finishing moves. During the break, The Shield took out Sheamus and Orton, and you had to use the WWE app to see it as it happened.

Chris Jericho returned with the Highlight Real next, but for some reason none of his swag was in the ring for the segment. The Miz was his host and they started to talk about "The Marine 3: Homefront." That brought out Wade Barrett, who bragged about acting in "Dead Man Down." Then Brad Maddox came out and said that Jericho and Miz would fight next and the winner gets Barrett in an IC title match next week.

Michael Cole called that segment the worst in WWE history, and while it was bad, it is sad to see the announcers burying the talent. The match ended up as a no contest when Barrett attacked both men. The Miz and Jericho took out Barrett with their finishing moves, and next week it will be a three-way for the title.

Next up is the main event no disqualification match between Kane and CM Punk. Kane came to the ring holding Paul Bearer's urn. Punk attacked early and the two fought a great match that both ravaged the outside of the ring and the inside. It looked like Punk was going to win after he reversed a choke slam into a DDT. However, before he could hit the GTS, the Undertaker's gong sounded. That distracted Punk and Kane hit the choke slam for the win.

After the match, Undertaker came out and then knelt down to pay tribute to Paul Bearer and Kane followed suit in the ring. It was a nice moment that CM Punk once again interrupted. Punk hit Kane four times with the urn and Undertaker walked down to help but Punk ran with the urn.

CM Punk then knelt down on the stage with the urn and mocked Undertaker and that was met with an Undertaker throat slash as the show ended.
