WWE 'Monday Night Raw' recap, results: Undertaker, Hulk Hogan return

Hulk Hogan has returned to the WWE.
Hulk Hogan has returned to the WWE.

It has been 24 hours since the events of WWE "Elimination Chamber," and the road to "WrestleMania XXX" is officially underway. On the morning of Feb. 24, 2014, the WWE Network made its debut, and later that evening, WWE "Monday Night Raw" saw the long-awaited return of Hulk Hogan and there was a lot that needed to be decided.

Below is a full recap and all the results of WWE "Monday Night Raw." If you haven't yet seen the show or don't want to know the results, stop reading now.

~ Things began with Hulk Hogan returning and pretty much just shilling the new WWE Network. Seriously, that's about all he said.

~ Batista lost to Alberto Del Rio after Randy Orton's music played and distracted "The Animal." The crowd could care less about this matched and booed Batista to no end. No-one understand why this rematch from "Elimination Chamber" even happened.

Orton came out after the match was over and the crowd broke out into a "CM Punk" chant. Batista said he didn't care if he was cheered or booed, but he was going to face a former friend and win the title.

~ Big defeated Cesaro in a really great match that saw Jack Swagger interfere and cause the disqualification. Cesaro got angry at Swagger, but then they both attacked Big E. Cesaro ended up hitting Big E with a neutralizer that looked messed up as he seemed to get dropped on his head.

~ John Cena came out and he also shilled WWE Network before calling out Bray Wyatt. Bray gave a great promo against Cena before the rest of the Wyatts surrounded the ring. Cena appeared to hurt his knee legitimately, but the Wyatts beat him down.

~ Sheamus defeated Christian in a pretty good match that went a lot longer than expected. Christian continues to play the new heel role. He went up to the second rope and was nailed by Sheamus' Brogue Kick on the way down and the Irish Warrior got the pin.

~ The Authority is talking to reporters about the WWE Network when Daniel Bryan comes up and challenges Triple H to a match at "WrestleMania XXX," and Trips says he may be able to find a spot for him. Stephanie makes a match for tonight between Bryan and Kane.

~ The Shield is arguing backstage, and Dean Ambrose gets fed up and walks away. Seth Rollins says he isn't sure he trusts him. The Wyatt Family showed up and Roman Reigns challenged Bray Wyatt to a match with no-one else around, and Bray accepted.

~ Daniel Bryan defeats Kane in another great match. These two really worked well together as tag team partners and possibly even better as opponents. The ending was great as Bryan went for the YES Lock but Kane blocked it and went for a chokeslam before Bryan came back with a running knee strike for the pin.

Bryan then called Triple H a coward who hides behind his wife's skirt. Bryan said Trips needs to give the people what they want and it is a match between them at "WrestleMania XXX."

~ Emma defeats Summer Rae in a what was actually a pretty good Divas' match. The finish came when Emma ducked a spinning kick by Summer Rae and locked in the Emma Lock.

~ In another "Elimination Chamber" rematch, the Usos defeated the New Age Outlaws in a quick squash. Jey threw Billy Gunn outside to single out Road Dogg. Jimmy splashes Road Dogg for the pin.

~ Bray Wyatt ended up defeating Roman Reigns by disqualification when Seth Rollins interfered and then all the members of the Wyatt Family and Shield interfered. It wasn't the best match between the two and moved kind of slow, but it got better as it went on.

~ Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman come out to the ring. Lesnar has been given an open contract for "WrestleMania XXX," and that is when the lights go out and the gong plays signaling the return of the Undertaker.

Taker makes it to the ring and stares down Lesnar. The two men come together face-to-face in the ring. Undertaker stabs Lesnar in the hand with a pen and then chokeslams him through the table for the contract signing and thus ends the show.
