Tonight's "WWE Monday Night Raw" preview promises to see the response of Triple H to the challenge made last week by Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar to a match at Wrestlemania. According to WWE.com on March 17, Triple H will answer the challenge tonight.
The feud between Triple H and Brock Lesnar goes back to 2012 when Lesnar broke Triple H's arm twice over the course of the year and eventually beat him at Summerslam last August. Triple H disappeared after that, hinting he was planning to retire. However, after Lesnar viciously attacked Vince McMahon, Triple H came back to his rescue.
Triple H then challenged Lesnar to a match at Wrestlemania, and last week, Paul Heyman accepted the challenge if they could pick out the stipulation - one that they wouldn't tell Triple H about until he signed the contract. Tonight on "WWE Monday Night Raw," Triple H will accept or decline the challenge.
The Intercontinental title is also on the line on "WWE Monday Night Raw" tonight, as Wade Barrett defends the belt in a three-way with The Miz and Chris Jericho, the man who held the title more times than anyone else.
Also, The Undetaker is scheduled to be on "Raw" tonight. After CM Punk stole Paul Bearer's urn last week and used it as a weapon against Kane, before mocking Undertaker by bowing with it to close out the show, what will Undertaker have to say as they head into their big match at Wrestlemania?
"WWE Monday Night Raw" airs at 8 p.m. EST on USA.
