The WWE Royal Rumble 2013 results saw The Rock capture the WWE Championship from CM Punk, ending the champion's long title reign. WWE.com announced on Jan. 28 that they will hold their Raw Roulette show tonight and here is what fans can expect to see.
The first item that the show will focus on is the situation between new WWE Champion, The Rock, and CM Punk. Punk beat The Rock last night, although it was after the lights went out and someone put Rock through a table. When Vince McMahon restarted the match, The Rock won and became the new champion.
Tonight will start the Road to Wrestlemania and we should learn quickly who The Rock will face at the Elimination Chamber in preparation for the big event.
However, the main focus of the show will be on the Raw Roulette where wrestlers spin a wheel and figure out what kind of match they will take place in. These can include steel cage matches, mystery opponent matches and more. Plus, it was at a Raw Roulette show that CM Punk delivered his legendary pipe bomb to end the show in 2012.
The next situation will revolve around Big Show losing once against to Alberto Del Rio thanks to the interference by Ricardo Rodriguez. What will Show do to get revenge and should Ricardo be afraid?
Chris Jericho also returned at the WWE Royal Rumble and went head-to-head with Dolph Ziggler for almost 50 minutes in the Ruble match. Jericho said the feud between him and Ziggler is just beginning and that should heat up tonight.
Finally, Vince McMahon said he will have a performance evaluation of Paul Heyman on Raw tonight. Will CM Punk have something to say about this or will this mark the return of Brock Lesnar, who just signed a brand new two-year contract extension?
WWE Monday Night Raw airs at 8 p.m. EST on USA.
