Hulk Hogan makes grand return
Memphis found out what happens when Hulkamania runs wild.
WWE Monday Night Raw kicked off with Hulk Hogan making the announcement that Wrestlemania XXX will feature a 30-man battle royal in honor of Andre the Giant.
The winner of the 30-man battle royal at Wrestlemania XXX will receive the inaugural Andre the Giant Memorial Trophy, according to Hogan.
Hogan appeared to be in prime physical condition and the crowd on hand was hanging on every word he said. Hogan also gave a shoutout to the WWE Network, and did a great job hyping up his hosting gig for Wrestlemania XXX.
John Cena def. Erick Rowan
Later in the WWE Monday Night Raw episode from Memphis, John Cena walked out to the ring to offer some kind words to Hogan.
Cena told Hogan he would love to be a part of the 30-man battle set for Wrestlemania XXX in New Orleans. It was also announced that Ryback would be taking part in the Andre the Giant 30-man battle.
Shortly after the Hulkster's announcement, The Wyatt Family walked out to the ring and Bray Wyatt confronted both Hogan and Cena.
Wyatt told Cena that he's a false idol and a liar. Cena responded by telling Wyatt he wants to battle him at Wrestlemania XXX, so the WWE is clearly pushing that feud.
In response, Erick Rowan of The Wyatt Family stormed the ring and attacked Cena, but he was pinned shortly after.
