On "WWE Monday Night Raw" this week, Christian won a four-way match to earn an Intercontinental title shot on "WWE Main Event," which was shown live on the WWE Network on March 25. However, reported that Christian suffered a minor concussion in the match and was pulled from the title match.

Christian beat Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio and Dolph Ziggler in the four-way for the title shot, but wasn't able to compete in the title match. As a result, the WWE announced that a three-way between Sheamus, Del Rio and Ziggler would open "WWE Main Event," with the winner getting the title shot.

Dolph Ziggler won the match by pinning Alberto Del Rio, and he got the shot at Big E for the Intercontinental title in the main event of the show.

Before that happened, there was one more match.

First up, Summer Rae, Layla El, Alicia Fox, Aksana, and Tamina Snuka beat Natalya, Eva Marie and the Funkadactyls in a match that was helping promote the big Divas title match at "Wrestlemania 30." AJ Lee was on commentary and Tamina pinned Natalya after a superkick.

Finally, in the "WWE Main Event" Intercontinental title match, Big E beat Dolph Ziggler with the Big Ending to retain his title. The two hugged after the match.
