WWE legendary Hall of Fame superstar Ted DiBiase's son, Mike DiBiase, was arrested in Amarillo, Texas, on Jan. 23 after a long standoff with the police department, SWAT teams and teh APD negotiators.

According to the APD, things started at 11:12 p.m. CST on Wednesday evening when the police were called about a man wanted for parole violations who was trying to break through a wall from one building into the next.

When the police arrived with the APD negotiators, they tried to make contact but say that the suspect never responded. Someone then informed them that there might be weapons inside the building that he could get to, so the SWAT team was called in.

Six hours later, the SWAT team entered the building and Mike DiBiase was arrested after they found him hiding under cardboard boxes. According to reports, the SWAT team used a K-9, remote controlled robots and chemical agents to find and detain DiBiase.

The Amarillo police department have asked students and staff to avoid the area and the buildings around the incident was closed off for investigation to figure out what DiBiase might have been trying to do.

Mike DiBiase is a third-generation superstar and the son of the Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase. He wrestled, much like his father and brothers, and at one time held the NWA North American Championship and NWA Texas Heavyweight Championship in his career. He lost the North American title in 2009 and had the Texas title taken away when he missed a scheduled defense that same year.
