The WWE held their "WWE Elimination Chamber" pay-per-view on Feb. 23, the final PPV before they switch over the the WWE Network where subscribers will get the events for free. Here is a look at the "WWE Elimination Chamber" results and recap of the big event.
There was one free kickoff match, which saw Goldust and Cody Rhodes beat Ryback and Curtis Axel, who were accompanied to the ring by Axel's grandfather Larry "The Axe" Hennig.
The opening match for the "WWE Elimination Chamber" saw Big E beat Jack Swagger in what proved to be a very good match. Big E is looking better and better every week. In the second match, The New Age Outlaws beat The Usos in another decent match.
Titus O'Neil beat Darren Young in one of two underwhelming matches on the show. The other came later when AJ Lee lost to Cameron by DQ, despite Cameron being one of the worst Divas in the WWE.
The best match of the "WWE Elimination Chamber" was easily the six-man match with The Shield fighting The Wyatt Family. It was amazing, lasted over 20 minutes and all six men just looked fantastic. This is the future of the WWE. Bray Wyatt pinned Roman Reigns to win the match for his team.
Batista beat Alberto Del Rio and the fans continue to boo Batista for things he had nothing to do with. It isn't fair but it is what it is.
In the main event, Randy Orton won the Elimination Chamber match to retain his WWE World Heavyweight Championship. In the match, Christian pinned Sheamus, Daniel Bryan pinned Christian, John Cena made Cesaro tap out, The Wyatts interfered to help Orton pin Cena and Kane interfered to help Orton pin Daniel Bryan.
