WWE Elimination Chamber 2014 results: Who won the Chamber match & other winners

The WWE Elimination Chamber 2014 results were made official during the evening of Sunday, Feb. 23 as Randy Orton put his major championship on the line inside a chamber against five of the top superstars in pro wrestling right now. Also, Bray Wyatt led his Wyatt Family into battle against The Shield, while two other titles were on the line during the pay-per-view. Many fans are wondering who won the Chamber match as well as the various other matches from the Elimination Chamber 2014 results.

According to Wrestling Inc. in a Feb 23 report, early winners during the latest pay-per-view included the Rhodes Brothers as they defeated Ryback and Curtis Axel, as well as Big E defending his Intercontinental Championship against Jack Swagger. The New Age Outlaws were also victorious, besting The Usos in a tag team title matchup during the pay-per-view. All of the winners scored pinfalls to gain their victories. A match involving Titus O'Neil and Darren Young, formerly the Prime Time Players, saw recently-turned heel, Titus O'Neil triumph over his former tag partner after hitting the Clash of the Titus.

One of the hottest matches of the night based on the various spots seen and the crowd responses was easily The Wyatt Family taking on The Shield. The match had been building up for weeks into an epic six man tag team contest and lived up to the hype. It featured plenty of action, including Bray Wyatt and Dean Ambrose battling out into the crowd, with Bray returning and Ambrose ending up missing from the match. Seth Rollins was eventually double chokeslammed through the Spanish commentary table, so basically rising star Roman Reigns was left to fend for himself. He did a good job fighting off the Wyatts in the ring for a while, dispatching of Harper and Rowan. However, Bray Wyatt got the last laugh or "kiss" as he hit Sister Abigail for the win. Could this lead to further dissension among The Shield ahead of WrestleMania?

The main event match featured Randy Orton defending his WWE championship against the likes of John Cena, Christian, Cesaro, Sheamus and Daniel Bryan. Odds were in the favor of the champion to leave the Elimination Chamber still carrying his title to set up a matchup against Batista, the winner of the 2014 Royal Rumble. Earlier in the night, Wrestling Inc reported that the "Reddit Guy," famous for spoiling pay-per-views by giving his inside information on who the winners would be, had Randy Orton as the winner. Of note, his other results were accurate, although his pick for the tag team titles match was not listed.

That result was also true, as Randy Orton had a bit of help in getting the big win. The first several eliminations of the match were as most fans might expect, with Sheamus getting eliminated by Christian after a Frogsplash from the top of a pod, and then Christian getting eliminated after a flying knee kick in the head from Daniel Bryan. John Cena later was able to hit an Attitude Adjustment on Cesaro and then put him in the STF to make him tap. That would leave Randy Orton against his two toughest opponents with Daniel Bryan and John Cena. After the lights went out, The Wyatt Family appeared inside the Chamber, and destroyed John Cena, allowing Randy Orton to make a pinfall on him. Kane would eventually head down to ringside, dismissing The Wyatt Family. Daniel Bryan landed several big moves to take down Kane, and later Orton. However, Kane got in the last punch on Bryan, allowing Orton to score the RKO and winning pinfall.

Two other matches on the night saw Batista victorious by pinfall over Alberto Del Rio, who tried to play as if he was hurt, then based "The Animal" with a crutch before the bell. Also, Cameron won against AJ Lee, but due to a disqualification after Tamina interfered in the match.

The 2014 Elimination Chamber results took place at Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Next up for pro wrestling fans will be the WrestleMania 30 pay-per-view, scheduled for April 6 in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
