Over the last few months, reports of Booker T's return to the ring has been well documented. Over the last 24 hours more details have come to light on the reason for Booker's return and who he would feud against. According to a Tuesday October 25th report by WrestleZone.com, the WWE wants to place Booker T in a feud with Cody Rhodes in time to promote the upcoming "King Of The Ring" DVD.
Booker T is the host of the upcoming WWE King Of The Ring DVD and the WWE feels that a storyline with Booker and Cody would help in DVD sales. Booker returned to the WWE in January after seemingly spurning TNA for a second go around with the WWE. He made a special appearance at the Royal Rumble and it was highly praised by the WWE Universe.
Cody just got done with a feud against Randy Orton and it's unclear where he will go next. Currently Booker T has been serving as a commentator on SmackDown and WWE PPVs. His on-air personality has endeared himself to a whole new fan base.
