"WWE 2K15" may be released on another system aside from the PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360. According to a report from Gaming Bolt on Aug. 30, the GRB (a Korean video game rating board) listed a PC version of the wrestling title. The listing indicates that the product has already been submitted to the organization so that it could receive an age rating.
The previous games from the "WWE" franchise have stayed primarily on dedicated consoles and handheld systems. The potential of "WWE 2K15" on PC should please many wrestling fans who want to use mods. Normally, the players have to use the character creation feature from the previous installments. Being able to use mods should add more customization when it comes to recreating a wrestler that otherwise wouldn't be available in the upcoming game.
2K Games confirmed a majority of the roster previously in a panel that was hosted right before the Summerslam event. However, many fans were upset as some of their favorite current and past wrestlers won't be a part of the game. Although the publisher would later clarified that more reveals are coming soon, some favorites will inevitably be left off of the "WWE 2K15" roster.
The GRB did not mention any release date for "WWE 2K15." A PC port is usually released on the same day as the console versions. However, there have been some instances in which the computer version has been delayed so that the development team could focus on pushing out the console iterations first.
"WWE 2K15" will be released for the PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 in North America on Oct. 28 while the European launch is set for three days later on Oct. 31. The roster announced so far includes Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Randy Orton and dozens of other playable characters.
