Cory Ledesma has clarified several details regards to the pre-order bonus for the upcoming Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 title, “WWE 2K14.” As reported by WWE Gaming on Sept. 5, the creative director of the multiplatform video game stated that players can still play as The Ultimate Warrior even if they didn't reserve the product in advance. However, he will only be limited to the “30 Years of Wrestlemania” mode.
The Ultimate Warrior is one of the first characters announced for “WWE 2K14.” He previously held a long-standing grudge against the wrestling company due to several issues. However, it seems like some of the problems have been addressed as he will be appearing for the first time in the video game series. You can check out several screens of the playable character, along with several other shots, in the slideshow on the top left-hand side of this article.
The only way to unlock The Ultimate Warrior as a playable characters for the other modes in the video game is to pre-order. Otherwise, The Ultimate Warrior can only be played during the “30 Years of Wrestlemania” campaign. His classic match against Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania VI will be featured in the mode.
Cory Ledesma did not reveal if the wrestler would be available for purchase as a DLC at a latter date. “WWE 2K14” is expected to arrive for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles on Oct. 29. You can pre-order the product from Amazon in the following link: “WWE 2K14”
