The legendary wrestlers and classic matches have been further showcased for the upcoming multiplatform video game, “WWE 2K14.” According to a post from the official website of the gaming franchise on Sept. 16, more of the battles from the new “30 Years of WrestleMania” mode were introduced.
The new matches from the campaign of “WWE 2K14” focus heavily on Hulk Hogan and “Macho Man” Randy Savage. The other wrestlers that were showcased include Andre the Giant, Big John Studd, Bret “Hit Man” Hart, King Kong Bundy, Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, Sgt. Slaughter, Ted DiBiase, The Ultimate Warrior and Yokozuna.
The matches from the latest batch of images span the first WrestleMania to the ninth installment of the annual pay-per-view event. You can check out the new screens of the legendary wrestlers and classic matches, as well as some other shots of the wrestling simulation title, in the slideshow on the top left-hand side of this article.
In total, the “30 Years of WrestleMania” mode will feature 46 classic matches for players to experience. Due to the long history of the pay-per-view event, the campaign will mostly focus on the legendary wrestlers from the past instead of the current active roster.
Players will be able to try out the new mode when “WWE 2K14” launches for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles on Oct. 29 in North America. You can pre-order the products from Amazon in the following links: “WWE 2K14”
