Tuesday, September 24 was a big day for 6wunderkinder, creator of the popular task management tool Wunderlist. Not only did they release a new feature sure to excite many users, but they also announced a huge milestone. Wunderlist now boasts 5.3 million users, which is big news for the German company.
The new feature that is now available to all of their 5 million plus users is Comments. The Comments tool is similar to a chat where comments entered by users can be shared in real time. This means that users can communicate with other team members immediately, rather than simply posting comments to be read at a later time. Wunderlist users can basically have a real time conversation.
The Comments feature has been released as part of a free trial with other paid features. Those users who have Wunderlist Pro and pay the monthly fee will have unlimited use. However, those with the free version will have a limited number of comments along with the other trial features. Ten comments, three file attachments, and three task assignments will be given away, but once those limits are reached free version users will only be allowed one of each per day.
Wunderlist is available on multiple platforms and has a variety of pricing options beyond the free version.
