Wukong, the Monkey King is the latest champion that will be joining the League of Legends, and exciting details regarding his abilities and skills have just been leaked. This melee DPS fighter is designed to be able to get in and out of combat quickly and push out massive amounts of damage to multiple targets.
Let’s look at Wukong’s abilities and skills, announced mere moments ago on a Riot Games livestream:
Stoneskin (Passive): The Monkey King gains armor and magic resistance based on how many enemies are around.
Crushing Blow: The Monkey King will deal extra damage and reduce the opponent’s armor on next hit.
Decoy: The Monkey King creates a copy and goes invisible, the copy spins around and does AOE damage.
Nimbus strike: The Monkey King moves (blinks) ands an opposing target, this skill also makes 2 copies of the Monkey King that can strike additional targets – up to three at a time!
Cyclone (Ultimate): The Monkey King unleashes a whirling tornado of death that picks up speed and dealing damage in an AOE.
A mobile assault force with a massive Garen-bush checking nightmare for an ultimate, Wukong is sure to make melee dps fans happy with his array of duplicitious skills that facilitate an aggressive playstyle.
Decoys and closers can make Wukong very dangerous to deal with 1v1, and his ultimate and passive make him a true terror in team combat.
