    What a great way to not only get some feedback and motivation as a writer, but also to get out and meet other writers in the workshop. That could lead to lifelong relationships that benefit you as a person and a writer.

    I agree - making connections with other writers, especially in person, can benefit you in so many ways. And having others who can relate to your passion for writing is so important - "regular" people sometimes don't get us!
