An incredible opportunity is coming to Connecticut for parents and special education professionals. On April 28th, 2011, the Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center and the Connecticut Council on Developmental Disabilities will sponsor a conference entitled "Wrightslaw Special Education Law and Advocacy Training" at Central Connecticut University Institute of Technology and Business Developement. Located in New Britain at 145 Main Street, the event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Registration fees are $30 for parents and $50 for professionals. Pre-registration is required. Registration includes:

  • Light breakfast, lunch and snacks
  • Pam and Pete's most popular books (2 books)
  • Wrightslaw's new book "All about IEP's"
