Wrestlemania 30 takes New Orleans by storm

According to an Apr. 5 post from Bleacher Report, Wrestlemania 30 is set to take New Orleans by storm this weekend.

Wrestlemania 30, will takes place Apr. 6 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, airs live starting at 7 p.m. on the WWE Network as well as on pay-per-view.

The Wrestlemania 30 kick-off show, which features an exciting tag-team tilt pitting The Usos against The Real Americans, Los Matadores and Rybaxel, opens at 5 p.m. with previews and analysis from several WWE legends and current superstars.

Following the Wrestlemania 30 kick-off show, the event gets going with a pair of interesting battle royals. The Vickie Guerrero Divas Title Invitational is a WWE divas championship featuring 14 divas battling for the belt, while the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal is expected to feature 30 WWE superstars.

27 participants have already been announced, but three men will make surprise appearances in the battle. Stone Cold Steve Austin has already announced that he'll be at Wrestlemania 30, but he hasn't revealed what he'll be doing there.

There's a strong chance he'll be a participant in the battle. Alexander Rusev is also expected to appear in the battle, although it hasn't been made official by the WWE.

Later on the Wrestlemania XXX card, John Cena takes on Bray Wyatt. Cena vs Wyatt is an extremely unpredictable clash that could go either way.

However, it's likely that Cena will get the victory, with Wyatt winning later this year at Extreme Rules.

Also on the Wrestlemania XXX card, The Shield takes on the tag-team of The New Age Outlaws and Kane. This one should go to The Shield, since they have been getting a nice push of late.

The Wrestlemania XXX co-main and main event are a bit interesting, as they are tied in together. Whoever wins the Wrestlemania XXX co-main of Daniel Bryan vs Triple H will get to enter the main event in a Triple Threat match.

It's likely that Bryan will defeated Triple H to have the chance to take on Batista vs Randy Orton. There's a strong chance that Bryan will win that match as well.

Finally, Wrestlemania XXX is expected to feature Brock Lesnar vs The Undertaker. This match is interesting because The Undertaker is riding a 21-fight win streak at Wrestlemania events.

Lesnar is expected to beat the streak and send The Undertaker into retirement. However, The Undertaker could legitimately get the win and head into retirement with his win-streak in tact.

Here's a look at the full Wrestlemania XXX card:

  • Randy Orton (c) vs. Batista vs. Daniel Bryan or Triple H
  • Daniel Bryan vs. Triple H
  • The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar
  • John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt
  • The Shield vs. Kane and New Age Outlaws
