Darwin Singleton of WPMI-TV had an unusual voice while substituting for his colleague Pat Greenwood for WPMI-TV's local 12:00 p.m. news program ("Local 15 News at Noon") on Thursday, March 6th (he told the audience for the program the reason for his unusual voice was due to a cold he caught while reporting for WPMI-TV's special Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras*) programming on March 4th.).

*"Mardi Gras" is French for Fat Tuesday
