On Monday, October 7th, the local news programs WPMI-TV produced at 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. included live reports about a new TV program being developed for the cable TV and satellite TV programming service Turner Network Television (TNT) involving Ashley Rich, the district attorney for Mobile County, and other district attorneys based on the video cameras, headphones, and TV studio their news reporter Darwin Singleton noticed while inside a courtroom at Government Plaza in Mobile to report on a murder trial. Both of those reports were provided by Darwin Singleton himself (the first report was broadcast from the interior of the plaza. The second report was broadcast from near its exterior).
The 5:00 p.m. news program also included a recorded segment with Darwin Singleton providing more details about the new TV program that was broadcast in between his live reports. You may access a written version of that segment by selecting this link.
