
First it was the food. Then the pillows and blankets. And now the crowning insult to inflight charges: A fee to pee. Here's the latest poop on this pathetic proposition by Ryanair:
Ryanair's chief executive caused howls of protest today when he suggested that the airline may charge passengers £1* to use its toilets. Michael O'Leary said that the carrier had been investigating fitting coin slots to the doors of aircraft toilets, similar to those installed at train stations.

You make it sound like a fact and it is just a suggested solution to save money.
Missy: I think not. Check my story again. I used two key words that dispel your "fact" claim: CONSIDERING (in the headline) and PROPOSITION. In the pull quote from the lead of the article is the verb "SUGGESTED." Back to grammar class!
In the end, you may as well fly legacy airlines, pay a little more and travel in comfort. With all the extra charges on board budget airlines, and more to be implemented, budget airlines will dig their own graves eventually.
For some people, using the bathroom may be more expensive than the actual cost of their Ryanair ticket (taxes excluded, of course!). At least US Airways is back to providing free drinks! Maybe Ryanair should consider that to increase their bathroom revenue (if they decide to implement that charge).
