Prior to visiting China’s Solar City http://www.examiner.com/article/beijing-china-solar-city-1 , one must be conscious of how green to get there. So what type of transportation should I use? Car, bus, train, or airplane? Since I was in Beijing, China at the time, I decided to take the train to Solar City which also happened to be one of the fastest trains in the world.
With high speeds of up to 300 mph, arrival time is cut to a fraction of the time. Although the train station was very well organized, me as a tourist became frustrated from trying to video record the speed of a train as it passes. With the train passing so fast, one would wonder how the actual ride would be. Amazingly, the ride itself was very smooth, smoother than any other form of transportation.
All I can say is “America, I look forward to similar high speed transportation alternatives.” Happy traveling.
