In the reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, and His children shall always have a place of refuge. (Proverbs 14:26 AMP)
This sounds as if when we worship we are worshiping from within Him as He is our place of refuge when we reverence Him. It gives us confidence. He's our home that is safe that we can come and go from in security to be ourselves. And He is our God we can love warmly and dearly.
Reverence and fear of the Lord are awe. In Isaiah 6 in the Bible Isaiah in the throne room of heaven immediately bowed before God and said I have sinned! He was in awe of God's holiness and it brought to light his own sinfulness. After he was cleansed the Lord said "who will go for me?" Isaiah was confident enough to say "I will, Lord. Send me."
Trust in the Lord O people. Pour out your heart before Him. God is a refuge for us. Psalm 62:8 Lord we can trust You because you have our best interest at heart. But also because You love us with all You have, a pure, tender, sacrificial love. It's so good to pour out our heart to You. You give peace and wisdom for what to do. You are a refuge for us. A place we can hide when the fray is too much. You are our everything. Teach us to worship you.
The video is about a fortress or refuge just a symbol of god's refuge for us.
