On Friday, the tallest dog’s owner posted on the Giant George Facebook page, "Humanoids, I am overwhelmed with the outpouring of love and sympathy expressed since my passing. My family, friends, and I can't thank you enough.
"One of the overriding themes being communicated over the last several days is how to carry on the good will and charitable endeavors that have become the hallmark of my spirit....Just because my physical hugeness is gone, doesn't mean we can't continue to spread the love and have some fun along the way.
"I hope you will continuing to support and follow my FB fan page and post photos of your fur babies, past and present. I will be honored to give a shout out to those who joined me in crossing the bridge.
"As my old Irish granny used to say, "Let's keep this shenanigans going."
"Thanks again for all the love, GG."
