'World's Second Best Cardio Workout" - Verified

The engineers at bodybuildinginwater.com have a strong argument that one of the cardio exercise methods they developed, using Force Mapping, is the second best muscle building cardio exercise an adult human can do. They call it the "Robot".

According to the site's spokesman, "The reason for the Robot's extreme efficiency at strengthening both muscles and the heart simultaneously, is that almost all of the additional blood demand, comes from muscle needing more oxygen."

"That may not sound important until you realize that almost every traditional cardio exercise method creates much or most of the extra blood demand trying to support or "pad" highly stressing joints and vertebrae."

"Human cardiovascular and respiratory systems can increase blood supply enough to hold a targeted heart rate either way, so either way still provides a cardio workout. The Robot simply creates almost all of the extra blood demand to feed a full body worth of muscles."

They speculate that no one paid attention to this important difference because no one would until they actually traced exercise forces through the human body, which is what they do.

They claim the Robot drives almost all motion resistance force (the muscle building force), in only the directions that hinder the swing of the extremities, not their application. This way the resistance and effort forces are also not moving parallel to extremity bones, so the bones are not jammed together, and then the extremities are not shoved into the core.

This is how almost no joint compression can coexist with very high muscle exertion. The Robot does this wide-range full-body including opposing muscles during all return motions. The nearly perfect cardio exercise because any target hart rate is simple to attain.

Compression is the primary cause of stress increased blood demand during cardio exercise, and they say the Robot causes less compression then sitting still.

Without joint or spinal disk compression they do not stress out, allowing the big muscle contractions that swing the extremities too exert much harder, thus growing strength rapidly without the wear and tare of traditional bone smashing cardio exercises.

Cardio exercises that only feed hungry muscles, are perfectly suited for adult bodies, however the high joint and back compression methods may actually be perfectly suited for children because their softer growing joints and bones grow stronger to better cope with how they are being stressed.

Deep muscle exertion is not painful without joint and disks stressing so the Robot provides a massive full body muscle and cardio workout, painlessly.

While doing the Robot correctly the knees must not bend at all. If they hinge even a few degrees they release most of the drag resistance energy before the core muscles oppose it, much like opening a pressure valve that releases resistance.

Engineers love explaining their processed in other applications. Here is one explaining how important keeping straight legs and arms are for doing the Robot very effectively.

Imagine that you are rowing a boat with oars that bend (give) at their centers.

You could easily flop these oars back and forth but you would not be able to exert much effort in so doing because their bending centers release the drag resistance before your body muscles get to fight it. They say this is the principle that makes the Robot far more effective (at strengthening most muscle) then any other traditional cardio exercise method.

Many factors combine to also make Robot highly effective for weight loss.

First, since the blood is providing far more muscle nourishment then joint padding, more calories are automatically burned. Another is without the joint compression the big core muscles are not inhibited by something weaker stressing out,  so they can easily exert core muscles much deeper causing rapid size reductions around the waist of virtually anyone who is obese.

For someone underweight it helps increase their weight by packing on core muscle. For about six years the engineers have watched this exercise also be extremely effective for energizing older and mobility hindered people.

For a video lesson on the Robot, go to bodybuildinginwater.com. It is in the last of the seven video classes they have posted on their home page.

These video classes are basically crude but effective recordings because all of the footage was shot to study as they developed their "New School of Fitness".

Professionally edited video classes and certifications are currently being prepared with the help of Central Ohio firefighters, and should be available by next spring.

Because everyone is different always have your doctors evaluate and then approve of any new exercise method, program or device before you or yours begin.
